Hi Jan,
I just read the paper and I liked your info. I am 66 and have tried yoga years ago but thought I would like to try it again and I learned that you are in Cherry Creek too!
I see that you have done 4 sessions at the Cherry Creek Fire Hall and I live in Cherry Creek. Would I fit into a drop in next Thursday?
