I’ve never been a strong Yoga person , however since I attended Jan’s Yoga classes over the year , she has made me listen to my body and thank my body for what it gives me everyday. Her classes always makes me challenge the limits of my body,I always notice after a class I have more awareness to maintaining proper posture, Jan’s yoga moves and holds are very inspiring to me. I always look forward to her yoga class.

Before I had a child, Jan was a great teacher; now she is my lifesaver. What makes her yoga techniques so masterful is she opens herself up so that I could emotionally connect to my body. She explains how my internal body works with my yoga positions. Because of this explanation, it became much easier to focus on the problem areas I was facing. And these challenges which were always on mind, were easier to face with Jan’s emotional generosity.
